KB Stores wants to give you the best experience in its online store so we inform you of our return policies and order changes. Items that wish to be exchanged or returned must meet the following conditions:
- Changes and returns must be made in our physical stores within 30 days of receiving the purchase.
- The return or exchange of merchandise implies the generation of a payment receipt linked to the original transaction, called a Credit Note, in the name of the customer who generated the order and valid for 30 days, or another product.
- The merchandise must be accompanied by the Purchase Order or Purchase Invoice that we send by email at the time of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges of items are not accepted outside their original packaging, in poor condition, with signs of use, without Purchase Order.
- Once the “Conduct of Conform Receipt” is signed, KB Stores is not responsible for physical damage to the product.
- The customer may refuse the delivery of any product at the time of receiving the merchandise if it considers that it is not in the required conditions. You must indicate in the “Compliant Receipt” in “Remarks” the reason for such return. Returns will only be accepted at the time of delivery, via the carrier, of orders delivered at that time.
- Changes and / or returns of products on offer, do not apply for return.
- Home deliveries that cannot be made due to not being able to contact the customer will return to our main store, KB Stores Avenida Italia, and can be picked up by the customer or the person authorized in the order, within 15 business days after generated the purchase. After 15 days if the purchase has not been collected, we will proceed to make a Credit Note, in the name of the customer who generated the order, for the amount of this and valid for 30 days, which must be collected in Our store KB Stores Avenida Italia.
